With over 19 years of entrepreneurial experience spanning industries like construction management, healthcare, medical cannabis education, hospitality, tourism, and community services, Sarah Cadorette is a powerhouse of innovation, heart, and purpose.
Sarah doesn’t just understand business — she lives and breathes it. She’s built, owned, and operated companies that are not only profitable but deeply community-focused and values-driven. Her work across Northern and South Eastern Ontario has consistently centered on empowering others, especially women, and creating positive, lasting impact.
Betty Lauzon

Betty Lauzon is a seasoned entrepreneur and community-minded leader with over 30 years of experience in business ownership and operations across a wide range of sectors. She is recognized for her strong business acumen, people-first leadership, and unwavering commitment to delivering high-quality service with meaningful community impact.
Originally from Sudbury, Ontario, Betty relocated to Kingston in 2019, bringing with her a diverse background in business management, health care, and service-based leadership. Since then, she has become an active force in the Kingston region, building a strong network within both the health and business communities.
